Job summary

Phillips Infrastructure seeks a Project Superintendent to lead on-site management of deep foundations construction projects, aligning with schedule, budget and design specifications. Expect high-level planning and client interaction on complex sites.

You will supervise on-site activities, coordinate multiple contractors, and ensure adherence to safety and project procedures while driving productivity and effective use of materials and equipment on large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Willingness for 100% travel; states include Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Virginia
• Four-year engineering degree or equivalent technical training or related experience
• Extensive knowledge of deep foundations and drilled shafts for infrastructure
• Proven ability to coordinate material, labor and time on large-scale projects

Responsibilities

• Supervise total construction effort to meet design, budget, and schedule
• Plan, coordinate and supervise onsite functions (scheduling, engineering, material control)
• Supervise craft employees and contractors as required by the contract
• Authorize project transactions, requisitions and field design changes as needed
• Provide technical assistance from drawings and construction methods
• Develop and implement project procedures and standards
• Ensure safety program and work rules compliance on site
• Ensure productivity and efficient use of materials and equipment
• Drill using methods such as top can, polymer, and casing
• Perform assignments per supervisor's direction
