Kiewit Foundations Co is seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations in foundation projects nationwide. You will set high safety, quality and schedule standards, manage crews on deep foundation activities, and collaborate with field engineers and subcontractors.

Live and travel as needed across North America; strong technical background in geotechnical construction is required, along with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in the planning, scheduling, and management of deep foundation and/or ground improvement operations.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience as a superintendent.
• Experience with and broad knowledge of foundation/ground improvement equipment (drills, concrete pumps, batch plants).
• Knowledge of proper pumping and placement of concrete and grout.
• Must be skilled in one of, if not multiple, of the following disciplines (pile driving, auger cast, small diameter shafts, micro piles, etc.).
• Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational, administrative, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide supervisory direction of craft workers via the general foreman and foreman, managing productivity, safety, quality and schedule adherence for Deep Foundation projects.
• Liaison between field engineering and craft to ensure compliance of construction drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with other superintendents and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and schedule adherence.
• Resolve employee conflicts, grievances, and scheduling difficulties, informing project and corporate management as appropriate.
• Assist in schedule planning, determining craft labor levels, material quantities, and equipment requirements.
• Ensure project rules and safety programs are followed according to company policies.
