TopDog Law, a nationally scaling personal injury firm, seeks a Senior Analyst to turn diverse data into actionable market insights. You will shape how we evaluate markets, invest, and expand, combining data from marketing channels and external sources to deliver a clear path forward.

The role requires advanced SQL, experience with marketing ROI, and presenting findings to leadership. You will leverage Claude and other AI tools to accelerate analysis while maintaining data quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics or data analyst role with influence on business decisions.
• Advanced SQL with joins, CTEs, and window functions.
• Experience analyzing marketing performance and ROI across geographies.
• Experience building and interpreting conversion funnels and diagnosing drivers of performance.
• Comfort merging multiple internal and external data sources into one view.
• Experience using Claude to accelerate analysis.
• Strong statistics and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication to translate complex analysis for non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive, solution-oriented problem-solver who identifies issues and acts.

Responsibilities

• Market Analysis: evaluate ROI at the market level and identify scalable opportunities.
• Assess market saturation by combining data sources to size opportunity per market.
• Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark performance and identify gaps.
• Identify and prioritize new markets for expansion.
• Write and maintain SQL powering market-level reporting and analysis.
• Build dashboards showing market performance for marketing and leadership.
• Prepare updates with results, opportunities, and forward-looking recommendations.
• Use Claude and other AI tools to accelerate analysis.
• Collaborate with data engineering and decision science to improve data quality.
