Job summary

TopDog Law LLC is seeking a Senior Analyst in Decision Science to partner with Client Marketing and turn data into decisions that move the business. The role blends SQL-heavy analytics with the ability to translate insights for marketing stakeholders.

You will own measurement of how clients engage with TopDog Law, guiding changes to optimize retention, engagement, and the client experience, while leveraging AI tools to accelerate analysis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or data analyst experience with influence on decisions.
• Advanced SQL with complex joins, CTEs, and window functions.
• Experience with web/email/SMS analytics and NPS.
• Experience analyzing CRM data (Salesforce).
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude to accelerate analysis.
• Strong fundamentals in experimentation and statistics, including A/B testing and segmentation.
• Strong communication skills to translate analytics to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven problem-solver who identifies issues and acts with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Track and interpret client performance to understand adoption, engagement, and opportunities to improve the client experience.
• Report on and analyze metrics that drive client retention and engagement across the client lifecycle.
• Evaluate email and SMS performance to sharpen communications to clients.
• Measure and refine review generation strategies to grow volume and quality of client reviews.
• Design and evaluate tests, translating findings into clear recommendations for Client Marketing.
• Write and maintain SQL powering client marketing reporting and analysis.
• Build and maintain dashboards surfacing actionable insights for Client Marketing.
• Prepare regular performance updates with goals, results, and forward-looking recommendations.
• Gather and monitor NPS data.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis.
• Collaborate with data engineering to improve data quality and trust in numbers.
