TopDog Law is seeking a Senior Analyst to partner with our Client Marketing team. You will own measurement of how clients engage with Top Dog Law, using data to drive decisions about what to change, scale, or stop.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analytics or data analysis with influence on business decisions.
• Strong SQL skills including joins, CTEs and window functions.
• Experience with web, email, SMS analytics and NPS.
• Experience analyzing CRM data (Salesforce).
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude to accelerate analysis.
• Solid grounding in experimental design and statistics (A/B testing, segmentation).
• Excellent communication skills to explain findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Track and interpret client performance to understand adoption, engagement, and opportunities to improve the client experience.
• Report on metrics driving client retention and engagement across the lifecycle; identify disengagement risks.
• Evaluate email and SMS performance; optimize messaging and timing for clients.
• Measure and refine review generation strategies to grow volume and quality of client reviews.
• Design and evaluate tests; translate results into clear recommendations for Client Marketing.
• Write and maintain SQL powering client marketing reporting and analysis.
• Build dashboards surface actionable insights for Client Marketing; provide regular performance updates.
