TopDog Law LLC is seeking a Senior Analyst to shape market decisions, combining data from multiple sources to identify growth opportunities and optimize investments. The role requires strong SQL skills and the ability to present recommendations to leadership.

You will own market-level reporting, dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing and data engineering in a fully remote, fast-paced environment that values ownership and crisp communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analytics or data analyst roles with business impact.
• Advanced SQL proficiency, including complex joins, CTEs, and window functions.
• Experience analyzing marketing performance and ROI, across geographies or markets.
• Experience building and interpreting conversion funnels and diagnosing drivers of performance.
• Comfort reconciling multiple data sources into a single view.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude to accelerate analysis and improve work.
• Strong statistics fundamentals and ability to tell a clear story to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven problem-solver who identifies issues and acts with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain SQL powering market-level reporting and analysis.
• Build and maintain dashboards giving marketing and leadership a clear view of market performance.
• Prepare regular updates covering results, opportunities, and recommendations.
• Use AI tools, including Claude, to accelerate analysis and workflows.
• Collaborate with data engineering and the decision science team to improve data quality and trust.
