• 7–10 years of sales experience in Commercial Dealership Sales (Floor Plan, Real Estate or Treasury Loans).
• Extensive experience in financial analysis and understanding dealership financial statements.
• Ability to review Income Statements and Balance Sheets with emphasis on cash flow and liquidity.
• Assess financial condition via ratios, cash flow and asset conversion to support loan structuring.
• Understand client business strategies and needs; apply accounting principles to statements.
