Chase Auto Commercial Solutions in Alabama is seeking a Senior Banker to manage an existing loan and deposit portfolio for automotive dealerships while working remotely from anywhere in Alabama. You will build and maintain relationships with dealership decision makers, dealer groups, and manufacturer partners to deepen engagement and promote growth.

The role requires strong knowledge of Floorplan, Commercial Real Estate, and Treasury products, plus proven relationship-building and leadership

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
10+ years of Commercial Banking or Business Banking experience.
Strong knowledge of Floorplan, Commercial Real Estate, and Acquisition products; deposits and treasury products.
Proven relationship-building and influencing skills with senior partners.
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
Strategic thinker who supports the goals of the firm.
Ability to partner across lines of business.
Knowledge of regulatory and control framework.

Responsibilities

Execute the strategies and the business priorities of the Region to grow the business.
Prospect and grow commercial product offerings with emphasis on deposits growth.
Support floor plan and OEM/Private Label goals.
Manage the profitability and performance of the portfolio.
Partner with Merchant Services, Investment Bank, Credit Card, Private Bank and Consumer Bank.
Analyze and document the effectiveness of sales performance against KPIs.
Serve as a subject matter expert for the regional sales team; provide mentoring and training.
Adhere to the firm’s Code of Conduct and controls/compliance.
