Job summary
CrowdStrike is seeking a Deal Review Consultant to support the Americas Enterprise Sales team, Finance, and Legal in structuring Falcon Flex deals, ensuring policy compliance, and enabling scalable execution. You will drive ARR growth, support deal governance, and collaborate across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to optimize processes and outcomes.
The role requires 6+ years in enterprise sales ops or commercial management within SaaS, with strong expertise in Salesforce CRM/CPQ,
Qualifications
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise sales ops, finance, deal desk, or commercial management within SaaS.
- Strong understanding of subscription billing models, SaaS economics and ARR concepts.
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM/CPQ and spreadsheet-based financial modeling.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a core resource for Falcon Flex, guiding regional account teams on deal structure and governance.
- Facilitate Falcon Flex lifecycle across Americas Enterprise segment (acquisitions, activations, expansions, renewals).
- Review and process end-to-end Falcon Flex deal requests with compliance and guardrails.
- Collaborate daily with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Alliance partners to drive execution.
- Guide non-standard deal terms through cross-functional review.
- Conduct financial modeling to evaluate terms, margins, and operational impact.
- Communicate deal status, risks, and recommendations to sales leaders.
- Partner with Finance, Legal, and Sales Ops to improve processes in Salesforce CPQ.
