Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a Deal Review Consultant to support the Americas Enterprise Sales team, Finance, Legal and other stakeholders.

You will drive Falcon Flex deal structures, ensure policy compliance and enable scalable deal execution across the Americas region. You will support lifecycle management, approvals, and governance for all Falcon Flex transactions, while collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Legal programs to optimize processes and security posture.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in enterprise sales ops, finance, deal desk, or commercial management in a SaaS environment.
• Solid understanding of subscription billing models, SaaS economics, and ARR concepts.
• Practical experience with Salesforce CRM and CPQ; strong financial modeling and data analysis.
• Proven ability to collaborate across Sales, Finance, Legal and Operations.
• Strong problem-solving, commercial judgment, and proactive deal-block resolution.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to summarize complex deal details for leadership.
• Experience using AI to enhance decision-making and streamline workflows.

Responsibilities

• Deal Advisory: guide Falcon Flex deal structure, policy compliance, economics and governance.
• Lifecycle Management: support deals across acquisitions, activations, expansions and renewals.
• Approvals & Governance: manage end-to-end deal requests with compliance guardrails.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal and partners.
• Non-Standard Transactions: review and route non-standard terms through proper channels.
• Financial Modeling: analyze terms, margins, and operational implications.
• Stakeholder Communication: report deal status, risks and recommendations to leadership.
• Process Execution & Improvement: enhance Salesforce CPQ processes with Finance & Legal.
