The Distribution Center (DC) Team at Tory Burch is seeking an experienced Distribution Center Leader to manage multi‑channel operations, lead supervisors, drive service levels, and optimize costs in a fast‑paced facility. You will oversee inventory accuracy, packing, picking, receiving, returns, and shipping, and collaborate across teams to deliver best‑in‑class fulfillment.

• 5+ years of related experience in a distribution environment.
• 3+ years of people management/leadership experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of departmental operations in a multi‑channel distribution center.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure cost, service, and quality targets are met.
• Develop and coach supervisors and team members for growth.
• Oversee inventory control, packing, picking, receiving, returns, and shipping.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure timely processing of orders and continuous improvement.
