Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking an Assistant Supervisor for our Distribution Center. You will lead a team in a multi-channel, highly automated environment, supporting daily operations, scheduling, and quality standards to meet service levels and cost targets.

Under supervision, you will help drive process improvements, manage staffing, and escalate performance or employee relations concerns when needed. This role typically oversees 8+ associates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in a distribution environment with leadership responsibilities.
• Ability to identify challenges and solve day-to-day operational issues.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and guiding team members, providing leadership and feedback.
• Maintain daily rosters and adjust staffing based on workload.
• Support development and execution of daily operational plans aligned with SLAs.
• Monitor KPIs (accuracy, throughput, efficiency) and escalate concerns as needed.
• Ensure safety, SOP compliance and 5S organizational practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure smooth workflow transitions.
