Job summary

Deloitte's Human Capital practice is seeking a Dayforce Talent Consultant to join our HR Strategy & Technology team in the United States. You will support Dayforce talent implementations across recruiting, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and learning processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience implementing or supporting Dayforce Talent modules or similar talent management solutions.
• 3+ years of experience with talent processes, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, or learning.
• Experience with system configuration, data migration, and process documentation.
• Experience with testing activities, defect tracking, and validation of talent management system functionality.
• Experience working with human resources compliance or data privacy requirements in talent technology environments.
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries this role serves.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Support Dayforce Talent implementations and enhancement efforts by gathering business requirements and assisting with system configuration.
• Analyze talent processes, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and learning, to support solution design and process improvement.
• Develop functional documentation, test scenarios, and support materials to enable successful deployment and ongoing operations.
• Execute testing activities, document defects, validate outcomes, and support issue resolution with project team members and client stakeholders.
• Support data migration, training, and change activities for client users and contribute to project planning, status tracking, and deliverable management.
