Job summary

Center for Elders’ Independence is seeking a Day Center Supervisor to lead the CEI PACE day center, coordinating activities, supervising staff, and ensuring high-quality care aligned with PACE standards.

You will collaborate with the Center Director, oversee operations, participate in budget reviews, and drive quality improvements to support census growth and participant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in a supervisor or management position in healthcare or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, Gerontology, Health Care Administration or related health care discipline preferred; license if clinical degree.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, implement and monitor day-to-day PACE day center activities and operations.
• Supervise assigned departments and staff.
• Support process improvement efforts with other supervisors to meet PACE goals and budget guidelines.
• Facilitate Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) meetings and track action items.
• Assist in developing and managing the annual budget and monitor expenses.
