Center for Elders’ Independence is seeking a Day Center Supervisor to oversee CEI PACE day center operations, coordinating activities and supervising staff to maintain high-quality senior care. You will collaborate with the Center Director and IDT to ensure efficient care delivery and program excellence.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a fast-paced setting, with an annual salary range reflecting market data and internal equity.

Qualificações

• Experience leading or supervising teams in healthcare or related settings (min 2 years).
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, Gerontology, Health Care Administration or related field preferred; license if clinical degree.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification are required.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, implement and monitor day-to-day CEI PACE day center activities and operations.
• Supervise Center staff and departments; support process improvements and budget adherence.
• Facilitate IDT meetings and care coordination; ensure compliance with PACE standards.
