Job summary

On Lok PACE is seeking a Center Supervisor to direct and supervise administrative staff and geriatric aides at a PACE center. You will help coordinate participant care, appointments, transportation, meals, and supplies while ensuring quality programming and cost efficiency.

The role involves reporting to the Program Manager, leading staff, and collaborating with the management team in a mission-driven non-profit focused on elder care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business management or equivalent experience; health-related experience preferred.
• At least two years of supervisory experience.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Experience with the frail or elderly preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities.
• Facilitator and problem solver with interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in an interdisciplinary team.
• Bilingual Cantonese or Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision, leadership, and direction to center-based Geriatric Aides and administrative staff.
• Manages GA and administrative staff schedules and staffing plans.
• Recruit, orient, train, discipline, and terminate staff as needed.
• Supervise staff, promote development, and evaluate performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and ongoing coaching/training.
• Oversees time cards and payroll-related administrative duties.
• May supervise additional staff as assigned.
• Oversees daily center operations: participant care, appointments, transportation, meals, supplies.
• Generates reports and completes required EHR data entry.
