Job summary

The Center for Elders’ Independence is seeking a Day Center Supervisor to lead the CEI PACE day center, coordinating activities, supervising geriatric staff, and ensuring safe, high-quality care for older adults. Under the Center Director, you’ll drive daily operations, manage budget considerations, participate in IDT meetings, and uphold CEI’s commitment to compassionate, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising or managing in healthcare or related field.
• Experience collaborating across disciplines (nursing, social work, therapy, gerontology).
• CPR certification and First Aid training required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, implement, and monitor day-to-day PACE center activities and operations.
• Supervise assigned departments and ensure staff performance.
• Assist with budget development and monitor monthly expenses for compliance.
• Support IDT meetings and oversee care coordination and service utilization.
• Represent center management at PACE committee meetings and ensure regulatory compliance.
