Job summary

Senior Care Partners PACE in Albion, MI seeks a PACE Center Manager to lead daily center operations and ensure a high-quality participant experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare, senior services, long-term care, or healthcare operations.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
• Experience developing and improving operational processes and workflows.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and healthcare technology systems.
• Experience serving older adults, frail seniors, or long-term care populations preferred.
• PACE experience is a plus.
