Job summary

InnovAge Holding Corp. is seeking a Center Director to lead an Adult Day Health Center, ensuring regulatory compliance, high-quality care, and strong financial performance.

You will drive KPI results across five pillars, supervise a multidisciplinary team, and coordinate with IT and leadership to support growth and operational excellence. The role demands extensive healthcare leadership experience, a background in managing senior services, and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years health care experience.
• 10+ years management experience.
• 1+ year working with the frail or elderly.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Bi-lingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve 5 pillar objectives and KPI results across people, service, quality, growth and financial targets.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the ADHC, ensuring safety, cleanliness and adequate equipment and supplies.
• Lead staff, supervise direct reports, and manage performance in line with HR policies and employment laws.
• Designate Center Manager in absence of Center Director; partner with IT to implement supportive tools and technology.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, accreditation and certification requirements; participate in policy development and quality management.
