Job summary

KIOXIA America, Inc. is seeking a Senior Customer Qualification Engineer to support datacenter SSD products during qualification.

You will assist test execution, failure analysis, and status reporting, ensuring hardware and software components are ready and kept up to date for customer qualifications. You will configure qualification infrastructure for multiple customers, drive qualification execution to schedule, triage issues, coordinate with the Product Support lead, and write regular test

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on SSD experience or 5+ years with BS in engineering
• Advanced understanding of computer system architecture fundamentals
• Platform-level troubleshooting and run/break/fix capabilities
• Experience triaging Windows and Linux server OS
• Familiar with data manipulation/analysis (spreadsheets or tools)
• Strong technical communication skills in complex scenarios

Responsibilities

• Configure qualification infrastructure from multiple customers for execution
• Drive execution of customer qualifications according to schedule
• Coordinate with Product Support lead for task alignment
• Perform failure triage on issues during qualifications
• Drive issues to resolution in a timely manner
• Write test status reports regularly
