Capgemini is seeking an experienced architect/disruptor to lead hands-on technical discussions and drive architecture leadership for financial services cloud data initiatives. You will partner with client enterprise architects and data teams to shape modern target states, governance, and model serving strategies.

You will own complex pursuits, author technical proposals, and guide commercial negotiations through closure, while collaborating with internal industry leads to package repeatable

Qualifications

• Experience: 12+ years in IT services, systems integration, or technology consulting.
• Deep technical depth in architecture and deal origination.
• Experience with financial services domain is a plus.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into robust technical solutions.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical discussions, white-boarding, and architecture reviews with client teams.
• Curate and shape complex FS data migration and modernization deals.
• Develop go-to-market offers and collaborate with industry BUs and account teams.
• Manage alliance co-selling and account expansion with partners like AWS, GCP, and Databricks.
