Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Architecture Leader to independently drive technical deep-dives, governance reviews, and architecture discussions with large bank clients. You will shape modern, real-time data platforms and data pipelines, defend design decisions, and translate business needs into scalable cloud-blueprints across AWS or GCP.

You will own complex FS engagements, author bespoke proposals, and guide deals from discovery to closure, collaborating with sales and industry verticals

Qualifications

• 12+ years in IT professional services, systems integration, or technology consulting with a dual track in architecture and deals.
• Command-level technical depth and ground-up pedigree.
• Relational database expertise in Oracle (RAC, PL/SQL, Exadata, legacy banking core databases).
• NoSQL document store expertise with MongoDB (sharding, indexing, aggregation for financial apps).
• Customer data and hyper-personalization using Salesforce Data Cloud incl. ingestion, identity resolution, activation, harmonizing CRM data with lakehouses.
• Cloud ecosystems: AWS or GCP experience in production-grade data infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on technical discussions, white-boarding sessions, and architecture reviews with client teams.
• Architect modern target states for financial data environments; defend design decisions.
• Translate financial business imperatives into robust technical blueprints.
• Own the deal lifecycle from initial partner mapping through solution shaping, pricing, negotiations, and closure.
• Develop repeatable FS GTM offers and collaborate with FS leadership to win bids.
• Coordinate alliance co-selling with AWS, GCP, and Databricks.
