Job summary

Kmstechnology1 is seeking a senior Databricks Partner Development Manager to lead and scale our alliance within the Databricks ecosystem. You will own joint business planning, drive co-sell programs, and elevate KMS’s standing with Databricks leadership, field teams, and solution architects as we expand market presence in AI and data transformation.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in alliances or enterprise tech sales, deep Databricks familiarity, and a proven track record of growing

Qualifications

• 7+ years in strategic alliances or enterprise tech sales.
• Direct Databricks or hyperscaler partnerships preferred.
• Proven co-sell revenue and partner-driven pipeline achievements.
• Strong network across Databricks sales, partners, and SE teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a Joint Business Plan with Databricks leadership.
• Own and expand the Databricks partnership across orgs.
• Create multi-year ecosystem growth strategy aligned to revenue goals.
• Drive co-sell and partner-funded initiatives.
• Build executive relationships with regional leaders and solution architects.
• Lead pipeline through account mapping and joint opportunities.
• Represent KMS at Databricks events and governance forums.
