Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Model Engineering to drive scalable AI and data engineering initiatives on the Databricks platform. You will lead diverse teams, deliver production-grade AI solutions, and collaborate with clients to realize business value.

You will guide design through deployment, emphasize responsible AI practices, and align roadmaps with client goals, using a product-centric approach in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• 6–10 years of AI/Data/ML experience.
• 3–4 years of experience building/deploying production AI/ML solutions on Databricks.
• Databricks Certification (Data/ML related) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workstreams from solution design through production deployment on Databricks.
• Build data engineering pipelines and AI solutions (ML, generative AI, agentic AI).
• Ensure responsible deployment, quality, and measurable business outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and engage with clients.
• Define user needs, prioritize reusable capabilities, and drive product-centric development.
