Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 4-year degree.
• 6–10 years of AI, data science and/or ML experience.
• 2–4 years of experience leading technical teams.
• 3–4 years building/ deploying production AI/ML solutions on Databricks.
• Databricks Certification preferred (Data Engineer/ML/Context).
• Strong Python, PySpark and/or Scala skills.
• Excellent client communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workstreams from design to production deployment on Databricks.
• Build and govern AI/data pipelines and domain ontologies.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver production-grade AI solutions.
• Engage with clients, plan through execution and closure.
• Define user needs, reusable capabilities, and measurable outcomes.
