Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Model Engineering to drive modern AI engineering and data science initiatives on the Databricks platform. You will lead cross-functional teams, design scalable data and AI pipelines, and deliver production-grade solutions for diverse clients.

You will work in a hybrid environment, guiding product-centric approaches, measuring adoption, and ensuring responsible deployment while staying current on AI trends and regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of full-time experience in AI, data science, and/or machine learning.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams on Databricks-based projects.
• Strong programming skills and production ML deployment know-how.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workstreams from design to production deployment on Databricks.
• Build data pipelines and AI solutions (ML, generative AI, agentic AI).
• Ensure responsible deployment and measurable business value for clients.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and clients to deliver scalable, production-grade solutions.
