EY is seeking a Manager in Model Engineering to lead AI and data engineering workstreams on the Databricks platform. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, collaborate with clients, and drive production-grade AI solutions from design through deployment and optimization.

You will work in a hybrid setting, delivering data-driven insights while maintaining strong governance and measurable business outcomes for clients across industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• 5+ years in AI/Data/ML roles or similar.
• Experience leading technical teams and client engagements.
• Strong knowledge of Databricks and data/AI pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI engineering workstreams from design to production on Databricks.
• Manage teams delivering data pipelines, AI solutions, and accompanying data products.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define requirements and outcomes.
• Ensure responsible deployment, quality, and measurable impact.
• Engage with clients and guide projects through planning to closure.
