Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• 6–10 years in AI, data science, and/or machine learning with full-time work history.
• 2–4 years of direct technical team management experience.
• Proven production AI/ML delivery on Databricks and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workstreams from design to production deployment on Databricks.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams delivering data pipelines and AI solutions.
• Define user outcomes, roadmaps, and measurable adoption for products.
• Collaborate across design, build, deploy, and operate phases for scalable AI/ML solutions.
• Ensure responsible deployment, governance, and client value.
