Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Model Engineering to drive innovative AI/ML solutions on the Databricks platform. You will lead cross-functional teams, design scalable data and AI pipelines, and deliver production-grade AI capabilities for client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; extensive AI/ML and data engineering experience.
• 6–10 years of full-time experience in AI, data science, and/or ML.
• 2–4 years managing technical teams.
• 3–4 years building/ deploying production AI/ML solutions on Databricks.
• Databricks certification (Data/ML) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workstreams from design through production deployment on Databricks.
• Build data engineering pipelines and AI solutions (ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI).
• Guide multidisciplinary teams; ensure responsible deployment and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams; manage engagement scope and timelines.
• Design and govern ontologies and semantic models for enterprise data products.
