Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Model Engineering to lead AI workstreams and deliver production-grade AI/ML solutions on the Databricks platform. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, engage with clients, and ensure scalable, responsible deployment of AI across diverse projects.

You will collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, cloud/ platform engineers, and business stakeholders, driving roadmaps, backlogs, and measurable outcomes while operating in a hybrid model (on site and remote)

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in AI, Data Science, and/or Machine Learning.
• 2–4 years of experience directly managing technical teams.
• 3–4 years building/ deploying production AI/ML solutions on Databricks.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workstreams from design through production deployment.
• Build and govern data pipelines and AI solutions on Databricks.
• Engage with clients and lead cross-functional workstreams from planning to closure.
• Ensure responsible deployment and ongoing optimization of AI products.
