Qualifications

• 7+ years in Data Analytics/BI/IT/Operational Excellence at senior/lead levels preferred.
• Proven coaching, mentoring and upskilling of analysts and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach data analytics managers and teams with a product-first mindset.
• Shape long-term analytics and data ecosystem strategy to align with corporate goals.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to identify, prioritize and scope high-value data use cases.
