Cardinal Health seeks a Manager, Data Analytics & Decision Science to lead a high-performing analytics team responsible for turning data into insights that drive decisions and measurable business outcomes.

This leader will help evolve analytics from reporting to understanding why and what to do next, partnering across analytics, operations, technology, and strategy, and modernizing with Databricks and AI-enabled analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, data science, or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience, preferred.
• Ability to translate business problems into analytical questions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing analytics team.
• Partner with business leaders to identify critical questions and opportunities.
• Deliver insights to improve patient, operational, customer, and financial outcomes.
• Develop analytics spanning programs to identify trends and benchmarks.
• Communicate complex findings to senior leaders and nontechnical audiences.
• Collaborate with data engineering and governance for trusted data.
