Cardinal Health Sonexus™ Access and Patient Support seeks a Manager, Data Analytics & Decision Science to lead an analytics team focused on turning data into actionable insights that improve decisions and outcomes.

The role evolves analytics from reporting to understanding why events happen, what might happen next, and what actions should be taken, with emphasis on modernizing processes via Databricks and AI-enabled analytics.

Qualifications

Translate business problems into analytical questions and recommendations.
Experience leading analytics teams or analysts.
Experience with modern cloud data platforms and AI-enabled analytics.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing analytics team.
Partner with business leaders to identify key questions and opportunities analytics can support.
Deliver insights that improve patient, operational, and financial outcomes.
Develop analytics across programs to identify trends and leading indicators.
Communicate complex findings clearly to senior leaders and nontechnical audiences.
Collaborate with data engineering, technology, and governance teams to ensure trusted data.
