Qualifications
- Translate business problems into analytical questions and recommendations.
- Lead and develop analysts or analytics teams.
- Experience with Databricks or similar cloud analytics platforms.
- Strong SQL and BI tooling knowledge.
- Healthcare/pharma or related industry experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing analytics team.
- Partner with business leaders to identify key questions and opportunities analytics can support.
- Deliver insights that improve patient, operational, customer, and financial outcomes.
- Develop cross-business analytics to identify trends and leading indicators.
- Communicate complex findings clearly to senior leaders and nontechnical audiences.
- Collaborate with data engineering, technology, governance and other teams to ensure trusted data.
