Qualifications
- 4+ years guiding teams with a product-first framework and lifecycle management.
- 7+ years in Data Analytics, BI, IT, or related field at senior/lead level.
- Coaching, mentoring, upskilling data analysts and cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of advanced analytics and AI/ML applications.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and coach data analytics managers and teams with a product-first mindset.
- Guide long-term analytics and data ecosystem strategy aligning with corporate objectives.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify and scope new data use cases including AI initiatives.
- Design and implement scalable analytics products through cross-functional collaboration.
