Cardinal Health is seeking a senior leader in Data & Analytics to guide teams through discovery, value realization, and product-first analytics strategy. This role partners with executives to identify high-value AI-enabled use cases and drive adoption across the organization.

As a senior leader, you will mentor analysts, shape the analytics ecosystem, and collaborate with product owners and cloud teams to deliver scalable analytics products and data-driven insights for enterprise decisions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years guiding teams with a product-first framework and analytics product lifecycle.
• 7+ years in Data Analytics, BI, IT, Operational Excellence or related field at senior/lead level.
• Coaching, mentoring, upskilling data analysts and cross-functional teams.
• Advanced analytics familiarity and AI/ML business applications.
• Experience with Big Data systems, cloud-based data lakes and visualization platforms.
• Exceptional verbal and written skills for executive audiences.
• Proven ability to drive large, multi-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor data analytics teams and pods with a product-first mindset.
• Guide long-term analytics and data ecosystem strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify, scope, and prioritize data use cases.
• Identify AI and advanced analytics use cases with AI COE and digital solutions teams.
• Develop robust business cases delivering high-impact financial and operational value.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Platform and Application teams to design scalable analytics products.
• Lead discovery, hypothesis validation, and root-cause analysis for complex problems.
• Facilitate workshops and align with senior stakeholders on data needs.
