Qualifications

• Guiding teams with a product-first framework and long-term data strategies.
• Strong experience in data analytics, BI, IT, or operational excellence at senior levels.
• Proven coaching, mentoring, and upskilling of data analysts and cross-functional members.
• Familiarity with advanced analytics and AI concepts and their business applications.
• Experience with big data systems, cloud data lakes, and enterprise visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach data analytics managers and team members.
• Shape long-term analytics strategy and data ecosystem aligned with company objectives.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify and scope high-value data use cases.
• Identify and champion AI and advanced analytics learning opportunities.
• Design scalable analytics products in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Perform discovery, hypothesis validation, and root-cause analysis for complex problems.
