Job summary

CGS is seeking an experienced Senior Data Specialist II to support the eDiscovery team on a large Federal agency initiative. You will manage data processing, export workflows, and document review tasks using Relativity, Everlaw, CaseMap, and related tools.

Under guidance from client attorneys and the Litigation Support Manager, you will ensure compliance with ESI specifications, QA data loads, and data culling, contributing to timely productions.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred in computer science or related field
• Knowledge of litigation discovery process and EDRM workflow
• Experience with document review platforms such as Relativity or LAW

Responsibilities

• Perform file manipulation, loading, conversion, indexing, and quality checks of loads
• Develop and modify methodologies for manipulating files for use with litigation support applications
• Ensure incoming productions comply with ESI specifications
• Export data with validation and quality checks against specifications
• Support client attorneys and paralegals by managing document review databases and producing documents
• Coordinate with Litigation Support Manager to address deficiencies and ensure proper exports
• Modify and manipulate files for use with COTS products and litigation support tools
• Liaise with client Technology Service Center on outsourced litigation projects
