Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a Data Solutions & Analytics Senior Analyst in Westlake, TX to partner with Operations, Compliance, Product, and Engineering. You will build scalable data pipelines, write complex SQL, and develop dashboards to monitor product and system health.

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining scalable data pipelines using Python, Spark, and Airflow.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets.
• Experience developing dashboards and data visualizations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for risk and operational data.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Operations, Compliance, Product, and Engineering to understand business challenges and deliver impactful, data-driven solutions.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python, Spark and Airflow to automate key risk indicators, detective controls, risk alerts, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Develop solutions that leverage Generative AI and large language models (LLMs) to streamline and optimize operational workflows.
• Develop meaningful, user-friendly dashboards to monitor the health of products, systems, and business processes.
• Transform complex data into clear visualizations and perform exploratory analysis to drive decision making.
