Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a Data Science Manager for Finance & Strategy in Menlo Park, CA to lead a high-performing team of data scientists and analytics engineers, turning complex business questions into actionable insights. You will oversee measurement frameworks, benchmarking, and scalable AI solutions in a fast-moving, equity-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or related fields.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Strong ability to translate complex business questions into analyses.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of data scientists and analytics engineers; operate as a player-coach who stays hands-on in the code and ships real work alongside the team
• Foster a culture of technical excellence, strong business judgment, experimentation, and clear accountability across the team
• Lead Robinhood's NPS program end to end: survey design, sampling and weighting, key driver analysis, verbatim analysis, and executive reporting
• Oversee the broader survey and research portfolio, including safety perception, brand/product sentiment, benchmarking, and trend tracking
• Make agentic workflows the default operating model. Build durable shared infrastructure so the team can delegate analysis, pipelines, QA, and recurring reporting to agents
• Drive both sides of the analytics stack: rigorous data science (measurement, experimentation, modeling) and the analytics engineering foundation (pipelines, tooling, data models)
• Partner closely with Finance, Product, Engineering, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to translate complex business questions into scalable, trustworthy analytics
• Represent Finance & Strategy Data Science in leadership forums and help shape how Robinhood leverages data and AI for strategic decision-making
