Robinhood is seeking an exceptional Futures Risk Program Manager to shape the future of our core platforms, products, and customer experiences. You’ll partner with cross-functional leaders, guide complex projects from concept to completion, and mentor others on the team.

Based in Westlake, TX, this role requires in-person attendance at least three days per week; telecommuting is permitted for certain activities.

Qualifications

• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python, Spark, and Airflow.
• Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and insights.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to monitor health of products and systems.
• Translate complex data into clear visual outputs for monitoring.
• Develop automated solutions to optimize workflows and compliance.
• Apply Generative AI/LLMs to automate and streamline processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations, Compliance, Product, and Engineering to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and automate critical processes.
• Develop solutions leveraging Generative AI to drive innovation.
• Create dashboards to monitor product, system, and business health.
• Transform data into insightful visualizations for decision making.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to inform risk and operational strategies.
