Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a Staff Data Scientist to lead the development of predictive workforce analytics and high-impact data products. You will own the vision, design, and delivery of data insights used by executives, people partners, and line managers daily.

You will apply state-of-the-art language models, conduct rigorous experiments, and collaborate with Enterprise Engineering to ensure reliable, scalable solutions across our talent systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of data science experience with strong Python and SQL skills.
• Experience designing data products and partnering with engineers.
• Knowledge of language models and predictive analytics in production.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead talent intelligence: build predictive frameworks for workforce insights.
• Architect a unified workforce data model across systems and tools.
• Define metrics dictionary and semantic layer for consistent reporting.
• Lead data access governance to protect sensitive personnel data.
• Redesign sentiment architecture with continuous listening for health signals.
• Own delivery of internal data interfaces with enterprise engineering.
• Apply experimental design and psychometrics to validate models.
