Job summary

Robinhood is seeking an exceptional Data Solutions & Analytics Senior Analyst to shape the future of our core platforms, products, and customer experiences. You’ll partner with cross-functional leaders and mentor others while delivering data-driven solutions and scalable pipelines using Python, Spark, and Airflow.

This role is based in Westlake, TX, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week; telecommuting is permitted.

Qualifications

• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python, Spark, and Airflow.
• Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and apply statistical analysis techniques to identify patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to monitor product, system, and business process health.
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable visual outputs for ongoing monitoring.
• Develop automated solutions to optimize operational and compliance workflows.
• Apply large language models (LLMs) and Generative AI to automate and streamline processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations, Compliance, Product, and Engineering to understand business challenges and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines to automate critical processes such as risk indicators, detective controls, risk alerts, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Develop solutions that leverage Generative AI and LLMs to optimize processes and drive innovation in workflows.
• Create meaningful dashboards to monitor health of products, systems, and processes.
• Transform data into clear visualizations to inform partners and drive decisions.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover actionable insights and inform data-driven strategies for mitigating risks.
