Robinhood Markets, Inc. is seeking a Data Solutions & Analytics Senior Analyst in Westlake, TX, with in-person attendance required. You will lead cross-functional data initiatives, build scalable pipelines, and leverage Python, Spark, Airflow to deliver data-driven solutions.

You’ll partner with Operations, Compliance, Product, and Engineering, translate complex datasets into actionable insights, and explore Generative AI techniques to optimize workflows. Telecommuting is permitted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent with 5 years of related experience.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines with Python, Spark and Airflow.
• Write complex SQL queries to analyze large datasets.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations for monitoring product and system health.
• Apply LLMs and Generative AI to automate processes and improve workflows.

Responsibilities
