Job summary

Chime is seeking a Sr. Data Scientist, Organic Growth to measure and optimize organic channels (SEO, ASO, content) for member acquisition and long-term value in FinTech.

You will develop forecasting, attribution, and optimization frameworks and drive cross-functional impact. You will build dashboards and collaborate with data engineering to improve tracking, data quality, and pipelines, translating insights into clear recommendations for leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in organic growth channels (SEO, ASO, content) and in marketing, growth, or product analytics.
• Forecasting experience for a marketing or growth channel with scenario planning.
• Strong experience designing and evaluating incrementality tests.
• Working knowledge of causal inference methods including experiment design.
• Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Python or R for analysis and modeling.
• Experience building dashboards (Looker, Tableau) to drive decisions.
• Experience with organic platform data sources (GSC, App Store Connect, Google Play Console).
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical partners.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Organic Growth to define KPIs and measurement frameworks across surfaces.
• Size and scope organic growth initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Build and maintain forecasting models for the organic channel.
• Develop attribution approaches reconciling platform data with observed behavior.
• Design and analyze SEO split tests and app store listing experiments.
• Build and maintain dashboards showing rankings, traffic, CAC, and LTV by surface.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to improve tracking and data pipelines.
• Translate analyses into actionable recommendations for leadership.
