Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in organic growth channels (SEO, ASO, content).
• Experience with opportunity sizing and planning to estimate investment and traffic.
• Forecasting experience for marketing or growth channels.
• Strong experience designing/incrementality tests (SEO split tests, app store listing tests).
• Understanding of causal inference methods and separation of organic vs paid demand.
• Proficient in SQL and Python or R, with data visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Define KPIs and measurement frameworks for organic surfaces (SEO landing pages, content hubs, app store listings).
• Size and scope organic growth initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Build forecasting models for impressions, sessions, and downstream LTV under scenarios.
• Develop attribution approaches reconciling platform data with observed behavior.
• Design SEO and app store experiments to quantify incremental lift and cannibalization.
• Build dashboards showing rankings, traffic, CAC, and LTV by surface and content type.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to improve tracking and data pipelines.
• Translate analyses into actionable recommendations for leadership.
