Qualifications

• 5+ years in referral programs or marketing analytics.
• Strong SQL proficiency; Python or R for modeling.
• Experience with geo experiments and incrementality testing.
• Ability to translate analyses into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Referrals to define KPIs and measurement frameworks across campaigns and audiences.
• Size and scope referral campaigns with marketing, product and finance, translating goals into spend and ROI projections.
• Build and maintain forecasting models for the referral channel across scenarios and seasonality.
• Develop attribution approaches that reconcile platform performance with observed behavior.
• Design geo experiments and holdouts to quantify incremental lift and separate true impact from correlation.
• Build dashboards showing spend, CAC, funnel conversion, and LTV by campaign.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to improve tracking and data pipelines behind spend and conversions.
• Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.
