Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Sr. Data Scientist, Organic Growth to measure and optimize SEO, ASO, and content investments. You will build forecasting models, design experiments, and create dashboards to inform cross-functional leadership on traffic, conversions, and value.

The role requires strong SQL and Python/R skills, experience with analytics platforms, and a track record in organic growth planning and incrementality analysis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in organic growth channels (SEO, ASO, content) and in marketing, growth, or product analytics.
• Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Python or R for analysis and modeling.
• Experience building dashboards (Looker/Tableau) that drive stakeholder decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define KPIs and measurement frameworks across SEO, ASO, and content.
• Forecast organic growth by traffic, installs, and downstream LTV under different scenarios.
• Design and analyze SEO split tests and app store experiments to quantify lift and cannibalization.
• Build dashboards showing rankings, traffic, conversion, CAC, and LTV by surface and content type.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to improve tracking and data pipelines.
• Translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations for leadership.
