• Leads design principles to ensure consistent analytics and optimized user experience.
• Develops prototypes, test methods, and algorithms using ML/AI to create insights.
• Supports data-driven insights to back clinical development and precision medicine.
• Ensures compliance with GCP, SOPs, and evolving regulations in clinical development.
• Coaches and mentors junior team members.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to outline problems, explore solutions, and deliver iterative analytics products.
