Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in statistics/analytics/bioinformatics/data science or equivalent.
• 3–5 years analytics experience in clinical research with leadership competencies.
• Proficiency in R, Python or similar; strong data mining techniques.
• Expert with visualization tools like Spotfire or Tableau; ML experience.

Responsibilities

• Connects with cross-functional teams as an analytics consultant and guides timelines.
• Leads design principles to ensure consistent analytical work across projects.
• Develops prototypes, test methods and ML algorithms to drive insights.
• Enables data-driven insights to support clinical development, including precision medicine.
• Ensures compliance with GCP, SOPs and regulatory standards; mentors junior team members.
